Light Opera of New Jersey is proud to expand our education programs to young performers and aspiring artists.  In November of 2018, we launched our Pre-Professional Program series with a Masterclass on “How to Audition for Musical Theatre” for high school and college age singers.

“Basking in Light: Pre-Professional Showcase”  On September 27 and 28, 2019, LONJ presented “Basking in Light,” its first Pre-Professional Showcase of High School and College performers.  Directed by William Corson and Stanley Dunn, the cabaret-style evening featured songs and scenes from beloved Musical Theatre, Operetta, and Operas.
